These Raffle Terms & Conditions govern participation in the monthly Level Up Golf Business Network member raffle (“Raffle”), run by Level Up Leads Limited, trading as Level Up Golf Business Network (“LUGBN”, “we”, “us”, “our”), company number 15180496, registered office Unit 3b, 26 Railway Street, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4LT. By earning or holding a Raffle entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our Membership Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to all active Level Up Golf Business Network members aged 18 or over, including free (Bogey) tier members, subject to these Terms. Employees of Level Up Leads Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Membership of the free Bogey tier is entirely free and provides a genuine route to earn Raffle entries without any payment, in compliance with UK law on prize draws and free lotteries.
2. How entries are earned
Every active member, on every tier, receives:
- 1 base entry per calendar month, automatically, for having an active membership account.
Members can earn additional entries in the same calendar month as follows:
- +1 entry for completing your full member profile (one-off, awarded the month you complete it).
- +1 entry per verified round logged via the ‘Played Together’ feature, up to a maximum of 4 additional entries per calendar month from logged rounds.
In a future phase, members will also be able to earn +2 entries per successful referral — i.e. for each person they invite who signs up to a paid (Par or Birdie) membership. This mechanic will be confirmed and communicated to members before it goes live, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Entries are tracked automatically on your member dashboard, where you can see your current entry count for the month.
3. Verification of entries
A logged round only counts towards Raffle entries once it has been confirmed by the tagged playing partner via the platform. We reserve the right to review, adjust or void entries that appear to result from false, fraudulent, or duplicate activity.
4. Draw and prize
A winner is selected at random from all eligible entries at the start of each calendar month, covering entries earned in the previous month. The draw method ensures every entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of how it was earned.
The prize for each month’s draw will be described on the Site or communicated to members ahead of that month’s draw. Prize varies monthly, see site for current prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we state otherwise.
The Raffle is live from platform launch, with the first draw taking place 30th September 2026.
5. Winner notification
The winner will be notified directly via the email address or contact details on their member account within [X] days of the draw and may also be announced on the platform and/or our social channels, with the winner’s consent, using their name and/or business name.
6. Our right to amend or end the Raffle
We may amend these Terms, the entry mechanics, or the prize structure at any time, and may suspend or end the Raffle altogether, by posting an update on the Site. Where changes are material, we will give members reasonable notice.
7. Legal compliance
This Raffle is operated as a free prize draw under UK law (not a lottery requiring a Gambling Commission licence), because entry is always available free of charge via the Bogey membership tier and no payment is required to enter or improve your chances of winning through paid membership alone.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Raffle, except where caused by our negligence or in breach of your statutory rights.
9. Governing law
These Raffle Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
