Membership Terms

Last updated: 11th August 2026

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern your membership of Level Up Golf Business Network (“LUGBN”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Level Up Leads Limited, company number 15180496, registered office Unit 3b, 26 Railway Street, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4LT. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By registering for membership, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms.

1. Membership tiers

Level Up Golf Business Network offers the following membership tiers:

  • Bogey (Free) — no charge. Provides access to profile, directory and raffle.
  • Par — £15 + VAT per month, or £162 + VAT per year, billed in advance.
  • Birdie — £30 + VAT per month, or £300 + VAT per year, billed in advance.

Feature access, directory visibility, and platform benefits vary by tier as described on our Pricing page, which may be updated from time to time.

2. Founding member pricing

Founding members who register during the founding period referenced on the Site are entitled to lifetime price-lock pricing on their chosen tier at the rate confirmed at signup, provided their membership remains continuously active. Lapsed or cancelled memberships lose founding pricing and, if rejoining, will be charged at the then-current rate.

3. Registration and account

To become a member, you must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using the platform in a professional/business capacity.

4. Billing and payment

Paid memberships are billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis, according to the plan you select. By providing payment details, you authorise us to take recurring payments until you cancel. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Pre-registrants who signed up before launch receive a free trial period during August 2026, with the first automatic charge taken on 1 September 2026 unless cancelled beforehand. Members are notified of this before the charge is taken.

Failed payments: if a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to retake payment and/or notify you to update your payment details. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your paid membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling a paid membership downgrades your account to the free Bogey tier.

6. Member conduct

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate profile information and represent your business honestly.
  • Engage with other members professionally and respectfully.
  • Not use the platform for spam, unsolicited sales pitches, or unrelated advertising.
  • Not misuse the round-logging, referral, or raffle features to falsely claim entries or rewards.
  • Comply with our Terms of Use and any published community guidelines.

7. Directory and profile visibility

Your profile information is visible to other logged-in members via the member directory, in line with your tier and any visibility settings you choose. Your email address is never displayed directly to other members; all in-platform messaging is handled without exposing contact details.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, with or without notice, if you breach these Membership Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other members. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first. No refund is given for termination due to breach.

9. Changes to tiers, pricing and features

We may change membership tiers, features, or pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect founding members’ locked-in rate while their membership remains active. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting current members.

10. Liability

The platform is a networking tool; we do not vet, endorse or guarantee the conduct, professionalism or business dealings of any member, and we are not a party to any business arrangement made between members. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from interactions between members.

11. Governing law

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
