These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Level Up Golf Business Network website located at https://levelup.golfbusinessnetwork.co.uk/ and, once launched, the Level Up Golf Business Network members’ platform (together, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Level Up Leads Limited, trading as Level Up Golf Business Network (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Unit 3b 26 Railway Street, Chatham, England, ME4 4LT. Company number: 15180496.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the platform
Level Up Golf Business Network is a members-only golf business networking platform connecting professionals across the golf industry. The platform is currently in a pre-launch phase. Certain features described on the Site may not yet be available and are subject to change before the platform goes live.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a business professional to register for or use the Level Up Golf Business Network platform. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Waitlist registration
During the pre-launch phase, you may register your interest by completing our waitlist form. By doing so, you:
- Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
- Consent to receive pre-launch communications from us about the platform
- Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership or any specific pricing
- Agree that we may collect and use your payment details via Stripe to facilitate a seamless sign-up process at launch, where you have chosen to provide them
You can withdraw from the waitlist and unsubscribe from communications at any time. Please contact us at hello@golfbusinessnetwork.co.uk or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
4. Membership (post-launch)
Full membership terms, including subscription pricing, payment terms, cancellation rights, and member obligations, will be published before the platform launches and will form a separate agreement between you and us at the point of sign-up. These Terms of Use will continue to apply alongside any membership agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or any material that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Level Up Golf Business Network or any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
- Scrape, copy, or otherwise extract content from the Site without our prior written consent
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation with any organisation
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and platform functionality, is owned by or licensed to Level Up Leads Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
Member-generated content (where applicable once the platform is live) remains the intellectual property of the member who created it. By posting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purposes of operating the service.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and availability, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site
- The outcome of any business connections or introductions made through the platform
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Leads Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or platform. Our total liability to you for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
